Asahi Akai Doa
An unconventional, fusion Japanese dining experience is now available to Aucklander at Akai Doa, which was the brainchild of our client Yukio Ozeki, Head Chef at the renowned and successful Azabu Ponsonby.
Azabu Ponsonby was part of a successful acquisition, which provided Chef Yukio with a great opportunity to explore his culinary skills beyond Azabu, such as the event series at Akai Doa.
Chef Yukio combined his years of culinary experience with art, music, and fashion in collaboration with industry heavyweights presenting to diners the experience that never seen before in New Zealand behind the iconic red door Akai Doa at K Road’s Las Vegas Club.
