A well built team are expected to work better together, and can adapt and adjust in challenging times. In a traditional team building workshops, the teams are often put in front of practice scenario that are designed to test their abilities to think and work together when there is no right answer, or simply no answer to the well designed circumstance of difficulty.
We have always been asked by our team from time to time if they can work from home here and there. Initially it felt like a kind flexible arrangement we had to make available for our team to accommodate other priorities in life, whether it was a sick animal, or a visit from contractor at home that they had to attend to.
